1600 point Skaven army for tournament

I've written up a list for an upcoming tournament. 1600 points, no Lords, no duplicate war machines, max 40 in a unit, no Doomrocket.

Here's the list -

35 Plague Monks, Full Command. Plague Banner.
7 Gutter Runners, Poisoned Attacks, Slings.

Warp Lightning Cannon.

I'd like feed back. I've taken the furnace as it I've never used it before and I've just painted it up. The slaves are there to hold stuff up, and got two combat units in the Stormvermin and Monks.
